"We have to cancel your order and refund due to lack of delivery". I called HD customer service to see if they had anything and now we are here. So they MIGHT be able to deliver on Monday. I've opened 3 cases with customer service and keep getting emails on "how well was your case handled?" Well I have no idea since no one told me anything! Still no mower.now we are 7 days past Delivery date. They have no trucks, they don't have a forklift to load it on my trailer, they have no way of getting it off the dock, they won't let me rent a forklift to get it, they won't let me use my ramps to load it and they aren't sure if I can hire a tow truck to grab it off the dock.
Ughhh Ok.call this company for 4 days before anyone answers. In the meantime I called 2 landscapers that didn't show up and ended up dropping $500 on a Ryobi push mower to mow my acre of 3ft grass. No one can tell me where my mower is, HD customer service has no idea.I call the 3rd party shipper, 4 offices later I FINALLY find out a 4th party has my mower. I ordered a Ryobi riding mower last month.
